Workshop Description

Imagine a storm inside you – heavy rain, fierce winds, and moments of hail. The emotional intensity feels overwhelming, and everything seems out of control. In these moments, how can you pause, breathe, and create space to respond thoughtfully, instead of reacting impulsively?

In this module, we’ll introduce tools like the Emotional Escalator and Naming the Lion to Tame the Lion, which help you recognize when your emotions are escalating. By taking a pause before reacting, you create space to respond with awareness, clarity, and intention. Self-Empathy will guide you to treat yourself with kindness, preventing negative self-talk that could make the storm worse. Through these practices, you’ll learn to weather emotional storms with calm and confidence, responding in a way that aligns with your values.

What You Will Learn:
