Workshop Description
Ever wonder why your emotions suddenly change? One moment, everything feels calm, and the next, you’re overwhelmed by feelings that seem to come out of nowhere. Understanding your emotions is like learning to read the sky – by paying attention to your body and mind, you can catch the first signs of a shift before it turns into a storm.
In this module, you’ll explore the Internal Weather Barometer, a tool to help you check in on your emotional state – whether you’re feeling sunny, cloudy, rainy, or like you’re in the middle of a storm. By learning to recognize and name your emotions, you’ll build self-awareness and gain a deeper understanding of what’s going on inside.
